She's served as an expert in the field of thought, helping transform business and human resources strategies into corporate goals and strategic plans by utilizing organizational and performance management including employee engagement, managing change. She is passionate about education as she sees leadership and team development as the ultimate competitive edge. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized companies, building leadership and coaching programs with proven results. The experience has helped to create organizations that were open to the concept of learning and innovation, as well as transforming for the good of people and teams. In addition, Annmarie has a desire by the opportunity to use her time and talent in helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she provides assistance to a number of non-profit groups in her spare time. This includes being a member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to assisting women become leaders by providing training to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking and advocacy specifically to healthcare hospitality houses and providing support to Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national dedicated to reversing the addiction issue in the United States in educating communities to support those who are in the grip of addiction.
