Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. Within a year, she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness contests when she was 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. In just one year she was able to earn her Professional Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from the stage following the award of her Pro card to complete college. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she left off in previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest, she competed several more years setting up new goals. In 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. In October 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place at the show. The summer of 2016, she won named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and returned with a sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in, was delighted with the result. Ariel was competing with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The first step is warming up before going into exercises. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
